Meridian Tower — Engineering a Landmark
The Meridian Tower is one of AREOT's most technically complex projects to date. The 42-storey commercial tower required a bespoke foundation solution after ground investigation revealed an unexpected underground void at 18m depth. AREOT's engineering team redesigned the foundation system in 6 weeks — saving the client from a 4-month delay.
